1 General Terms & Conditions

Ev99 is an international online betting and Sports platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ev99 and its users.

By using our services through the ev99 website, mobile app, or any other channel, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Account Register

To create an account on ev99, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

• Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keep your account password confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be opened in the name of a company or organization — for personal use only.
• ev99 may request identity verification documents for KYC purposes at any time.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and place bets on ev99. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and is part of our responsible betting policy.

• You may be required to submit a National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate for age verification.
• Withdrawals may be held until age verification is completed.
• ev99 services are available only to users in countries and regions where online betting is permitted by law.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on ev99 can be made easily via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from the user's own account. Payments from third parties are not accepted.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit. ev99 is not responsible for delays or issues caused by an incorrect reference.
• Funds are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes of a successful deposit.
• Making deposits using a third party's or another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from ev99, your account must have a sufficient balance and KYC verification must be complete. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• ev99 may temporarily hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawals exceeding BDT 5,000 may be held until the account is verified.

6 Betting Rules

Every user must thoroughly understand the betting rules before placing a bet on ev99. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Please verify the odds and stake amount before placing your bet.

Bet Cancellation & Modification:

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with ev99's policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed on the system, ev99 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a disconnection occurs during live betting, the bet will be settled based on the last confirmed state.

Maximum Payout Limit:

A maximum payout limit applies to each bet or market. These limits may vary by event and ev99 reserves the right to change them at any time.

7 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ev99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed in the respective offer description. Accepting a bonus implies agreement to its terms.

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per user.
• Specified wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• ev99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ev99 platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Using the betting platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in hacking.
• Operating an account using a false identity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Ev99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice, particularly in cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.

Voluntary Closure:

Users may request account closure at any time. It is advisable to withdraw your balance before submitting the request. Any remaining valid balance will be refunded after the account is closed.

• As part of our responsible betting commitment, users may request a temporary suspension of their account.
• There is no guarantee that the balance of an account closed for rule violations will be returned.

10 Limitation of Liability

Ev99 strives to maintain the highest quality of service. However, ev99 is not directly liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third-party failures.

• ev99 will not provide compensation for bets that fail due to internet disconnection or device-related issues.
• ev99 is not liable for delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
